These boots are absolutely beautiful. I love the design and they are extremely comfortable. I will be wearing them quite often. However, I am extremely disappointed in the manufacturing. There was nothing in the listing about them being seconds so I expected a quality, flawless product. There are three small imperfections visible on these boots. First, one of the smaller studs is missing. Second, there is a string of glue between the sole and the leather, which prevented the cocoa coloring to attach to the leather, as a wax resist would. Thus, there is a highly visible string of light brown where it should be dark brown. Finally there is a fingernail-sized knick (v-shaped) on the edge of the top cuff. It looks like a patterning cut. These are all tiny flaws, which have nothing to do with the beautiful design. I know, I sound picky, but with the amount of money I paid for these, I feel it justifiable to be so.

I am keeping them and fixing the imperfections, but I would advise the designer to be careful about the manufactures in China they are using. I expected a first quality product which it was not.
