The toe area is roomy and Ive heard people say that the shoe is too wide. I dont think so and I have a very average width foot. Yes it is roomier than my other shoes, but I actually like it. The shoe fits so well that even a little roomy, there is no movement of the foot inside the shoe. The velcro strap and heel area are a perfect fit and I love it. I have planters fasc., and an extremely high arch and instep. FInding a shoe is difficult for me. The arch could be a tad higher and I would have given 5 stars. Still, all in all.... its a great shoe.
