These boots fit true to size, I wear 6.5 and they fit me perfect. The picture is a little bit misleading, the zipper and buckle on the back is gold not sliver. The circumference of the boots seem bigger than 13 inches, more like 16 inches. SO if you have skinny calves you might not like this boots . There is a lot of room for jeans and legging to be tuck in. I am 5ft 2 inches and they fit right under my knees, these boots is for a much taller person.
