The shoe looks great. However, this is the most painful shoe I have ever worn, and I have worn 'basic' combat boots.

Based on reviews, I decided to spend the money for a comfortable shoe for 12-15 hours on my feet while working on the hospital floor as a male student nurse. I made sure I had ordered a men's shoe and the appropriate corresponding US size, based on the sizing instructions. I normally wear a 10-10.5 in US sizes.

In less than two hours of wearing the shoes, my feet were in excruciating pain. The shoe was cutting across the top of my foot. Since the shoes are leather, i considered the shoes may need to be be "broken-in", I decided to wear them around the house for short periods of time to 'loosen' the leather. I tried thicker socks and thinner socks with the same results

Unfortunately, the only thing that happened was the top of my feet always hurt, even after 4 months. I cannot recommend these shoes to men, unless one really enjoys foot pain.
