Great hiking boot. Fit perfectly and comfirtably to my exact size right out of the box. Only comments (though still a five-star rating, by far): Shoe "tongue" only goes 2/3 of the way up (as most shoes are designed), so don't expect full water tightness all the way to the upper rim of the boot/ankle support. Still, it gives you a good 4 inch wading capacity which is plenty. Also, i don't think insulation will be enough for heavy treading in snow, but haven't tried. I am not sure u would call them mountaineering boots, but likely the best year-round hiking bootsi've ever owned.
