I was hoping for an attractive comfortable black leather ankle boot and this one fit all the criteria it seemed. An almond toe, a lowish but flattering heel height, smooth black leather, a subtle tasteful inner zipper. Somehow, it just doesn't look that great in person and it fit a half size too big. The toe was too round to be sophisticated and the square block heel while comfortable, was just not cute. 3 stars for comfort and quality of materials, but 2 stars off for fit and appearance (though both are highly subjective :) ) Returned.
