This is my third pair of Salomon's. The other two were high hiking shoes. I'll be wearing them on a trip to Italy in October. The thing I love about Salomon's is they are comfortable right out of the box. I'm usually a size 8 but the 7.5 fit perfectly. I knew Salomon's run a little bigger so I ordered an 8 and a 7.5 and returned the 8. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone who does a lot of walking.
